Rosa plans to meet Mei at the bridge in the evening, when the message board shows new times. They change the meeting place once, because both want to keep the plan simple. On the way, Rosa reviews a short list and breathes slowly.
At the bridge, the entrance is closed for cleaning. People look around and ask questions. Rosa suggests moving near a sign although the announcements are easier to hear. Mei arrives with two bottles of water, and they decide to wait for five minutes.
They talk about visiting a small cafe on Sunday. "If the line is still slow, we can go later," Mei says. "Good idea. We do not need to rush," Rosa answers. They watch the crowd and listen for updates.
After a short time, a paper notice shows a new route. The queue begins to move, and people relax. Rosa and Mei continue with a clearer plan: one stop, then coffee, then home. The delay becomes a small lesson about time and patience.
