The Orange Cat

Near Mira's building lives an orange cat. It sleeps on a wall in the sun. People pass and say hello.

One day, the cat follows Mira to the door. She laughs and sits down to pet it. The cat purrs like a small engine.

Mira leaves a bowl of water by the wall. The next day, the bowl is empty, and the cat looks happy.
