Leo plans to meet Olivia at the kitchen before work, therefore the message board shows new times. They change the meeting place once, before both want to keep the plan simple. On the way, Leo reviews a short list and breathes slowly.
At the kitchen, the entrance is closed for cleaning. People look around and ask questions. Leo suggests moving near a sign because the announcements are easier to hear. Olivia arrives with two bottles of water, and they decide to wait for five minutes.
They talk about visiting a small cafe after work. "If the line is still slow, we can go later," Olivia says. "Good idea. We do not need to rush," Leo answers. They watch the crowd and listen for updates.
After a short time, a guard opens a manual gate. The queue begins to move, and people relax. Leo and Olivia continue with a clearer plan: one stop, then coffee, then home. The delay becomes a small lesson about time and patience.
