"We could take the side path and save time," Tom said. "That might work if we keep our main goal in mind," Maya replied. They agreed to split tasks: one would confirm details at the desk, the other would prepare a quick note for friends.
Within twenty minutes, the flow improved and people relaxed. As a result, Maya and Tom reached their stop on time at noon and shared a calm coffee. The delay turned into a lesson about planning and respect.
