Bea goes to the bakery in the evening. The air is fresh, and the street is not busy. Bea carries a small bag and walks at a calm pace. Bea finds a quiet corner.
At the bakery, Bea looks around and takes a short break. A sign gives clear directions. Bea follows the arrows and finds a good spot. Then Bea buys a ticket and waits for a moment.
Mei appears and waves. "Hi, Bea!" Mei says. "Do you have a minute?" Bea answers, "Sure, what is it?" They talk about plans on Saturday and share simple ideas.
Before they leave, they check the time again and make a small promise. They will meet next week at the same place. The day feels easy, and the small meeting gives both of them new energy.
