Dan plans to meet June at the theater in the morning. Dan leaves home early, however the sky looks gray. On the way, Dan reviews a short list of tasks and thinks about the week. Everything seems simple, when small surprises can change a day.
At the theater, a small problem begins: the bus changes to a different platform. People look confused and start asking questions. Dan suggests waiting near a sign because the announcements are clearer there. June arrives with two bottles of water, and they decide to stay patient.
They talk about plans on Saturday. "We can still visit the new cafe later," June says. "Yes, and I want to see the bookshop too," Dan answers. Although the plan changes a little, they keep their good mood and watch the crowds.
After a few minutes, a manual gate is opened for the line. The line moves again, and people relax. Dan and June continue with a simpler plan: one stop, then coffee, then home. The delay becomes a small lesson about time and patience, and the day turns out fine.
