Sara has a small flat with one empty room. The rent is high, so she wants a roommate. She writes a short note and puts it on the door of the shop: 'Quiet room. Near bus stop.'
Two days later, a student named Ken calls. They meet at the flat. Ken likes the room. He asks, 'Is the kitchen shared?' Sara nods and shows the fridge and the table.
They talk about cleaning, noise, and the rent. Both feel comfortable. Ken says, 'I can move in next week.'
Sara smiles. The flat will not be so quiet now. She is ready for a new friend.
