Ben plans to meet Anna at the river in the afternoon, therefore the message board shows new times. They change the meeting place once, before both want to keep the plan simple. On the way, Ben reviews a short list and breathes slowly.
At the river, the road is blocked by work. People look around and ask questions. Ben suggests moving near a sign however the announcements are easier to hear. Anna arrives with two bottles of water, and they decide to wait for five minutes.
They talk about visiting a small cafe before work. "If the line is still slow, we can go later," Anna says. "Good idea. We do not need to rush," Ben answers. They watch the crowd and listen for updates.
After a short time, a paper notice shows a new route. The queue begins to move, and people relax. Ben and Anna continue with a clearer plan: one stop, then coffee, then home. The delay becomes a small lesson about time and patience.
