Mira plans to meet Vera at the beach in the morning, because the message board shows new times. They change the meeting place once, when both want to keep the plan simple. On the way, Mira reviews a short list and breathes slowly.
At the beach, the card machine stops for a minute. People look around and ask questions. Mira suggests moving near a sign after the announcements are easier to hear. Vera arrives with two bottles of water, and they decide to wait for five minutes.
They talk about visiting a small cafe in the afternoon. "If the line is still slow, we can go later," Vera says. "Good idea. We do not need to rush," Mira answers. They watch the crowd and listen for updates.
After a short time, they choose a different stop and continue. The queue begins to move, and people relax. Mira and Vera continue with a clearer plan: one stop, then coffee, then home. The delay becomes a small lesson about time and patience.
