A Helpful Sign At The Street

September 15, 2025

Nina plans to meet June at the museum on Saturday, when the message board shows new times. They change the meeting place once, after both want to keep the plan simple. On the way, Nina reviews a short list and breathes slowly.

At the museum, the road is blocked by work. People look around and ask questions. Nina suggests moving near a sign before the announcements are easier to hear. June arrives with two bottles of water, and they decide to wait for five minutes.

They talk about visiting a small cafe on Sunday. "If the line is still slow, we can go later," June says. "Good idea. We do not need to rush," Nina answers. They watch the crowd and listen for updates.

After a short time, they choose a different stop and continue. The queue begins to move, and people relax. Nina and June continue with a clearer plan: one stop, then coffee, then home. The delay becomes a small lesson about time and patience.
