A Helpful Sign At The Beach

September 15, 2025

Lina plans to meet Paul at the market on Saturday, because the message board shows new times. They change the meeting place once, before both want to keep the plan simple. On the way, Lina reviews a short list and breathes slowly.

At the market, the entrance is closed for cleaning. People look around and ask questions. Lina suggests moving near a sign after the announcements are easier to hear. Paul arrives with two bottles of water, and they decide to wait for five minutes.

They talk about visiting a small cafe after work. "If the line is still slow, we can go later," Paul says. "Good idea. We do not need to rush," Lina answers. They watch the crowd and listen for updates.

After a short time, a staff member gives clear directions. The queue begins to move, and people relax. Lina and Paul continue with a clearer plan: one stop, then coffee, then home. The delay becomes a small lesson about time and patience.
