Luis planned to meet Kevin at the classroom in the afternoon, even though a last‑minute message changed the schedule. The museum app showed a notice about a new climate and limited access. Luis suggested adjusting the time so they could still see the main exhibit.
At the classroom, the guard explained the new procedure and asked them to wait. They compared options: join a longer line, or take an research route through a side hall. The side hall looked quiet; meanwhile, it closed in twenty minutes, so they needed a decision.
"If we go left, we keep our plan," Luis said. "But if we try the side hall, we might finish earlier." Kevin replied that time was the priority and added that the main goal was quality, not speed. They agreed to try the side hall and ask for permission at the desk.
The desk clerk confirmed the path and marked it on a small map. As a result, they reached the exhibit on time and still had a moment for coffee after work. Later, they wrote quick feedback about the temporary procedure so future visitors would have clearer signs.
